As a successful entrepreneur, brand builder, and growth leader viewing your growth strategies with fresh eyes, we are able to see the gaps or areas that aren’t performing in sync with the full engine. 

Sales often focuses on the now, marketing often focuses on the future, but to build sustainable cash flow, you need both.
Unfortunately, what I often see is siloed marketing, sales, and customer success functions that aren’t talking to each other or leveraging each other’s resources and actions.

Hiring a sales advisor, marketing consultant, freelance social media manager, or SEM Ads agency for example are all great ideas to help spur growth, but they are just patches, it won’t fully address the root of stalled growth, which can only be done with a cohesive, holistic approach we call the Growth Engine Alignment x Repair. THE PROCESS

Step 1: Application

Complete the GEAR application process via our intake form. We will review and be in contact within 72 business hours

Step 2: Approval

After reviewing your application, we will determine if you are a good fit.
Below is the inside scoop on what we are looking for:

  • Willingness to learn and follow guidance: Results will be harder to achieve if the advice is not followed.

  • Ability to prioritize the work: Always rescheduling or putting off the necessary steps to growth won’t reap the benefits of the this program.

  • Honesty: It’s ok to need help, or not know certain things! We are here to help, so don’t hold back on questions or concerns. We will also be honest in return: with feedback, recommendations, and expectations. 

  • Funds: Though we’d love to find a way to work for free, that’s not an option at this point. But if you are unable to afford the program, we have all sorts of options to help get you going.

Step 3: Assessment

We will ask you to share your Business Plan. Marketing and Sales Plans and Budgets and answer deep-dive questions that you can submit in your customer portal.

Step 4: Advise

We create your roadmap that spans marketing and sales and includes a suggested budget  - the full growth engine - to ensure you aren’t just chasing outbound leads or crossing fingers for inbound leads.

We review the roadmap with you so you can ask questions, share any concerns, and we can determine the ideal execution steps. Below are some examples of recommendations we might make:

  • We might recommend freelancers that we can hire and manage or you can hire, depending on situation and money

  • We might recommend a rebrand - don’t take it personally! We just know what will help you succeed and we don’t mince words - we will always be honest.

  • We might want to tweak your marketing plan and channels or update your sales playbooks (or create them if they don’t exist!)

Step 5: Action

We will create an execution calendar and a more concrete plan/budget and then we get started! 

As we start we may be hiring freelancers or sourcing other help to deliver on the sales and marketing roadmap. 

We will have to test some things. It doesn’t happen overnight, but by having a cohesive and holistic marketing and sales focus vs. just one or the other, we ensure quicker results.
